How It Works
Are you ready to embark on your journey to better health with us? Read on to find out how to get started. To provide you the best care and support we can offer, we would like to get to know you a bit before speaking with you in person.

What to Expect
During a brief telephone conversation with you, we will answer any remaining questions to help you decide if working together makes sense. We will then schedule your new patient consultation with Dr. Siebert, a 90-minute telehealth visit focused on gathering comprehensive information about your health, discussing your goals, and creating a treatment plan together. This plan includes five one-hour telehealth consultations over the next six months to discuss the changes you want to make in your life, optimizing your nutrition strategies, and integrating botanical therapy and supplementation beneficial for your health. A series of eight to twelve weekly acupuncture treatments in our Madison Avenue or Poughkeepsie offices can be scheduled as well.
Your Investment
Your investment will be $300 for the initial consultation. Reserving a series of five one-hour consultations will be $1000, and a series of eight 45-minute acupuncture treatments will be $1200. Botanical therapeutics and nutritional supplements will be billed to you separately through the online pharmacy and dispensary we work with.
Cancellation Policy
Please be considerate of the time we set aside for you. Our practice has a strict minimum 24-hour cancellation policy. You may notify us via email, text or voice message if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
To reserve a time for your appointment, we will keep a valid credit card on file. This credit card will be charged in the full amount of the fee for your appointment in case you do not honor our minimum 24-hour cancellation policy.
Health Insurance
Our practice does not participate in any public or private health insurance schemes. At the end of your treatment, you may request a statement to submit to your payer, FSA or HSA.
No PCP Services
Please note that our practice will not serve as your primary care provider (PCP) or medical specialist. Christiane Siebert is a board-certified doctor of Chinese medicine and a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in New York and New Jersey. She will neither advise you on any medical conditions or procedures nor provide recommendations or prescriptions for pharmaceutical drugs.
